An eastern North Carolina native, Keith offers his unique signature on new Southern cuisine – with international inspiration – at his restaurant and food truck. Crediting his grandfather for his farm-to-table approach, Keith supports local purveyors, fishermen and farmers on the coast. Voted Wilmington’s best chef four years in a row, Keith has also won N.C. Goodness Grows’ Best Dish and has represented the N.C. Department of Tourism in New York City. He was a 2011 James Beard finalist for Best Chef: Southeast and competed on Season 9 of Top Chef.
