Florence was born and raised in Paris. At 25, she moved to Provence and enjoyed using local produce and gathering people around the table.
Sucre & Sel, authentic French catering with style, was created in 2011 to share her love for people and cuisine. Florence now offers a unique approach to catering, creating buffets and bite-sized appetizers in a variety of flavors and colors. She caters private and corporate events with platters and hors d'oeuvres. Sucre & Sel will accommodate customers’ needs in any way possible, including full-service catering for certain events.
