Coleen’s sharp vision and fierce creativity have defined her culinary career and are the hallmarks of her decade-old PoshNosh Catering, her new Whitaker & Atlantic event space and Hummingbird.

From Emeril Lagasse’s NOLA Restaurant in New Orleans to Enoteca Vin with Ashley Christensen in Raleigh, Coleen sharpened her skills in the front and back of the house before launching her own catering company in 2007, PoshNosh Catering. After a successful decade catering to Raleigh’s adventurous food connoisseurs, Coleen’s vision for a large-scale, edgy, urban event space came to life at Whitaker & Atlantic, followed by Hummingbird, an intimate all-day cocktail bar that offered a return to her restaurant roots. Coleen’s unfettered style makes for one delicious soiree after another at both locations.
