Metzger Bar & Butchery, and Brenner Pass | Richmond, VA

Brittanny is the chef and owner of Metzger Bar and Butchery, an ode to classic German cuisine, and Brenner Pass, which pays homage to the French and Italian Alps. At both restaurants, she strives to transform classic dishes with modern presentations and local ingredients. Brittanny trained in New York at Blue Hill Stone Barns and Northern Spy Food Company. She also is a two-time semi-finalist for the James Beard Award for Best Chef Mid-Atlantic.
