Breana Lai

Breana, M.P.H., R.D., is the associate food editor at EatingWell Magazine. She is a recipe developer in the test kitchen; the editor of the test kitchen section, Morsels, of the magazine; a blogger for and a regular Facebook Live video instructor. The editor of the first EatingWell special interest publication, Soups, Breana continues to teach culinary classes at Southern Season in Chapel Hill. She is also the communications chair for the Vermont Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and a speaker for the Food and Culinary Professionals Dietetic Practice Group of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. Breana has a master’s degree in public health from UNC. She is a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu London, a Wine Spirit & Education Trust trained sommelier and a registered dietitian.
